Updating XLSTAT (old)

Before updating XLSTAT you need to whether you have access to free upgrades.

Checking the status of your license

To do so please go to About XLSTAT and then to the License tab. There, you can check the expiration date of your access to free upgrades.

Updating when you have access to free upgrades

At this case you can simply download the latest XLSTAT version and install it. For more information about how to install XLSTAT click here.

Updating when your access to maintenance has expired

You need to renew your access to maintenance and support service for another year. To do so or to get a quote, follow these steps:

1. Click on the login button at the top right of the www.xlstat.com website. Type in the code that you received when you purchased your license. If you forgot that code, you can send us a request via our contact form.
2. Click on Order XLSTAT updates

​ 4. Select the sector you belong to (Company/Private or Academic). 5. Add the XLSTAT solutions you want in the cart. 6. Once you are done, choose the action you wish to perform: get a quote or checkout.

6. As soon as your maintenace plan is renewed you will receive an email by sales@xlstat.com. You can then download the latest XLSTAT version through your account.
